By using AstrixNode services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

AstrixNode provides game server hosting services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

3. Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Failure to pay within 24 hours of the due date will result in server suspension. After 48 hours, the server will be permanently deleted.

4. Refunds

We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee on new orders. Refund requests after 24 hours are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for illegal activities, cryptocurrency mining, or distributing malware. Violations will result in immediate termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

AstrixNode is not liable for data loss, downtime, or any damages beyond the amount paid for the service in the current billing period.
